A New Tradition In A New Place It was the day before Christmas. All at once I said “Candyland” and a wind whirled around me. There I was in some place with candy everywhere. I guess it was called Candyland because that IS what I had said earlier. All of the sudden 6 young candies, 2 clowns and what looked like their mother came up to me. One of the young candies asked who I was. I told them my name. The clowns stepped forward. I'm Madalin and this is Maradith. They looked so cute with blue and pink bows on their shoes, short white skirts, a white leotard with a blue and pink bow and a big blue and pink bow in their hair. I noticed Madalin had blonde hair and Maradith had brown hair. The bon bon that had talked to me earlier said. “This is Claire, Alyssa,Hannah,Eliza and Livi. I'm Emma. They each had a dress on. Livi had purple, Eliza had orange, Hannah had magenta, Alyssa had yellow, Claire had red and Emma had green.
We were playing Hide and go Seek in a Candy Cane grove close to a Gumdrop Maze. I was it. I found everyone except Claire. I thought it was because she was wearing red so we all looked at every one.We still couldn't find her! We went to the Gumdrop Maze. When we finally found her, she was crying in the corner.
I said I really had to go, so they did a little dance for me. Maradith took me home and I promissed I would come to Candyland the day before Christmas every year.
